Dr. Rawlinson

Dr. Rawlinson moved to California in 1989 and has loved it ever since. He graduated from Life Chiropractic College West in 2008 with honors. He obtained an advanced certification in Activator Methods; an alternative non-force technique. Activator technique is great for hard-to-treat patients or those with a fear of traditional “cracking” chiropractic adjustments. Dr. Rawlinson spent 4 years practicing in Gamlastan “The Old City,” in Stockholm, Sweden just prior to joining the staff at Restoration Chiropractic. He speaks English, Swedish, and Spanish. Dr. Rawlinson holds two advanced certifications through the National Academy of Sports Medicine in exercise correction and sports performance. His hobbies include rock climbing, Spartan marathon racing and reading/writing.

Dr. Rawlinson relates his own personal experience with chiropractic:

“I was greatly influenced in my decision to be a chiropractor after a bicycle accident. My front brakes clamped down and I went over the handlebars and landed on the back of my head. After the accident I experienced constant headaches and inflammation in my upper back and neck– daily! I was 19 years old and wondering how to go through life nearly disabled. Luckily a chiropractor found me! It took several months to get back to a normal semblance of life. A year later, I felt like myself again. With this powerful transformation in my life, it was clear that I wanted to be able to help others experience chiropractic as well.”
